Analysis of the Impact of Innovative Human Capital on China's Economic Development Based on the STI Model
摘要
In order to quantitatively analyze the impact of innovative human capital on China’s economic development, this paper puts forward an evaluation model of the impact of innovative human capital on China’s economic development based on STI model. According to the role of human capital in promoting China’s economic development and entrepreneurship, taking the role of human capital in total factor productivity as the index parameter, this paper discusses the nonlinear impact of human capital on green development or green production from the perspectives of industrialization level, environmental regulation and human capital aggregation. It is assumed that the impact of innovative human capital on economic green transformation has the threshold effect of structural dividend, and the influence degree of design explanatory variables will change accordingly. Construct the panel threshold model and STI model of innovative human capital, investigate the threshold effect of innovative human capital on economic green transformation when the four factors of industrial structure change, heterogeneous educational human capital, green technology innovation and marketization level are threshold variables respectively, construct a single-dimensional single-threshold model, and analyze the impact of innovative human capital on China’s economic development through STI model. The energy efficiency index of five departments is aggregated into the regional energy efficiency index by using the standardized ratio of the added value of each department, so as to realize the quantitative evaluation and prediction of the impact of innovative human capital on China's economic development. The empirical results show that this method is accurate and reliable in analyzing the impact of innovative human capital on China’s economic development, such as economic development level, urbanization level, regional industrial structure, regional innovation level, macro policy, etc., and it is reliable in evaluating the threshold value of human capital’s impact on economic development. On the whole, the impact of the depth of digital inclusive finance on regional entrepreneurship shows an inverted U-shaped curve. At this time, the increase of human capital can’t drive regional entrepreneurship like the coverage, but presents the opposite result.
