The complexity and automation of network attack methods have put forward higher requirements for network protection methods. Traditional passive protection is mainly used to prevent existing network attacks, lacking the ability to predict attacks and take preventive measures in advance. The current research focus is on active defense models, which mainly deploy defense measures in advance for system vulnerabilities to contain their occurrence at the source of the attack. However, for attacks beyond prediction, active defense lacks response automation mechanisms. In response to the above issues, this article proposes a protection model based on the combination of active and passive support vector machines. The passive defense strategy is introduced into the active defense model, which can not only analyze and predict system vulnerabilities and provide defense strategies, but also handle unexpected attack situations, achieving two aspects of protection: early prevention and timely remediation. The results indicate that this article has designed and implemented an active passive protection system with automated security protection capabilities, which can visually display game results, and verify the feasibility of active defense and passive defense functions.
