With the rapid development of automobile intelligence and interconnection, the security of automobile information system is facing more and more serious situations. Unauthorized access, remote attack and data leakage and other security threats appear, which makes the safety of vehicle and passenger have potential hidden danger. This article aims to solve the problem of automotive information security, and the method and conclusion are based on data collection and analysis from the user and the manufacturer. We collect data from users and their awareness and behavior towards automotive information security, and finally found that there are some problems in the awareness and behavior of users; moreover, we also collect data from manufacturers and the security examination and employee training of the data, and found that the problems between them are different. Finally, according to the data and its analysis, this paper combines with the specific environment of China to put forward a series of measures to improve the automotive information security. The significance of the paper is to adopt a comprehensive approach to deal with the problem of automotive information security. Through analysis from the user and manufacturer’s perspective, we can know the nature of the problem and timely propose corresponding measures. These countermeasures aim to increase user awareness of automotive information security and manufacturers’ information security measures to protect users and vehicles from potential security threats. The research results of this paper are of great significance to promote the progress of information security in the automotive industry, and provide valuable guidance and reference for relevant stakeholders.
