Food Quality Traceability System for Internet of Things Under Big Data Algorithm

With the rapid development of IoT technology, the food quality traceability system is particularly important in ensuring the safety and traceability of food products. However, in the face of huge data volume and complex data characteristics, how to evaluate system reliability, data timeliness and data consistency becomes an important problem. This article explores this issue from the perspective of data analysis and statistics. The results show that during data sorting and outlier testing, there are 5–7 error values and 2–5 outliers. Data transmission, processing and presentation time is 2–8 min. Therefore, the food quality traceability system based on Internet of Things big data constructed in this article is of great significance to ensure the reliability, timeliness and consistency of data.
