Research on Water Ecological Governance Based on Visual Comprehensive Supervision Platform
摘要
Water ecology refers to the interaction between water body and ecological environment, which is an important part of protecting water resources and ecological environment. The construction of visual integrated monitoring platform can help government departments, scientific research institutions and the public to understand the status of water ecosystem, monitor and assess the changes of water quality and ecological environment, and provide decision support and management tools. The construction of a comprehensive water ecology supervision platform can be divided into three steps: first, processing various data resources; second, conducting in-depth mining and analysis of environmental data; and third, visualizing the processed data. Taking the visualized integrated monitoring platform of water ecology in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper analyzes its main requirements and construction ideas, points out that the system architecture includes five layers: unified portal, application layer, platform layer, transmission layer and perception layer, and interprets the water ecology monitoring subsystem, water ecology prediction subsystem, water ecology alarm subsystem and water ecology report subsystem.
