As the key structure of offshore wind farm, offshore substation must ensure that no structural collapse occurs even under extremely large earthquakes. In this study, static pushover analysis method is used to evaluate the elastoplastic performance and seismic resilience of a real offshore substation located in high seismic intensity area in China. A finite element calculation model considering pile-soil interaction is established for the pushover analysis. The result demonstrates that the specific offshore substation structure maintains its elastic integrity during rare earthquakes which may occur in the site, indicating no threat of structural failure or collapse. By amplifying the pushover force, it can be observed that the jacket foundation yields first and forms plastic hinges near the seabed, ultimately leading to the collapse of the structure.

摘要
