Blockchain-Based Internet of Efficient Healthcare Data Sharing and Monitoring Things

Blockchain technology has recently spread beyond finance to other trust-based industries. The digital revolution changes patient-provider-institute connections in the healthcare industry. However, the Internet of Things (IoT) improves traditional healthcare systems by monitoring patient activity. Healthcare systems depend on IoT sensor data. Data must be secured from unauthorized alterations for privacy and security. Many measures protect data from changes in blockchain technology. IoT-based healthcare monitoring utilizing blockchain is an intriguing technological advancement that may reduce security and privacy concerns associated with patient monitoring data collection. This paper examines IoT-blockchain applications and healthcare monitoring technologies. A new design based on newly reported solutions is offered. Medical sensors can send encrypted health data to doctors via mobile apps to protect privacy. Three consortium blockchains are then built to load balance and reduce transaction latency. They hold system entity credentials, doctors’ prescriptions and recommendations based on mobile Dapp (Decentralized Applications) data, and medical treatment. The suggested medical system also uses cancelable biometrics for authentication and security. The analysis found that the proposed system outperformed existing work in processing time, latency energy, and memory consumption. From these results, the suggested system is reliable and secure for efficiently safeguarding medical applications.
