In this paper, we formalize the concept of relative change-reluctance in iterated belief revision. We use this concept to compare different belief revision operators and analyze how an operator’s behavior evolves over time when receiving new evidence. This provides deeper insights into how belief revision operators manage new information across multiple iterations, specifically regarding their reluctance to change.
