A new industry-education integration model for cultivating digital innovation craftsmen in next-generation communication technologies is studied. The core competency requirements of digital innovation craftsmen are put forward. The existing challenges in current industry-education integration models are analyzed, including structural mismatches between corporate demands and college training objectives, as well as the dynamic impact of rapidly evolving communication technologies on curriculum systems. A novel industry-education integration framework is developed, featuring a school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism driven by actual industrial demands, along with modular course and micro-certification systems design and practice. The paper further discusses safeguard mechanisms for talent cultivation, emphasizing the critical role of policy support and industry resource integration, while proposing a quality evaluation and dynamic optimization framework for industry-education integration.
