This chapter investigates the powerPower relationsPower relations among the main stakeholders—the developer and the affected residents—in a developer-led redevelopment project. Section 5.2 provides the background of the case. Section 5.3 examines the social practices and evolving powerPower relationsPower relations throughout the redevelopment process. Section 5.4 analyses the impacts of exogenous influences, while Section 5.5 considers the effects of endogenous influences. Section 5.6 presents the spatial and social outcomes of the project and evaluates the associated power relations. Section 5.7 concludes the chapter.
