Design and Implementation of a Classroom Management System Based on Visual and MCP Large Models

This paper proposes an integrated intelligent management solution for the education sector: the Lingxi Zhitong Classroom Intelligent Recognition System. By deeply integrating AI visual recognition, microservices architecture, and multimodal data analysis technologies, the system constructs a comprehensive functional framework covering classroom teaching management, student behavior analysis, intelligent attendance tracking, and laboratory safety monitoring. Through a layered decoupled architecture and dynamic resource scheduling, it achieves millisecond-level response times. Leveraging an end-to-end security control mechanism ensures data compliance, ultimately forming a closed-loop educational management system from terminal sensing to decision support. This research provides a practical technical solution for educational informatization, effectively enhancing teaching management efficiency and standardizing student behavior, while enriching the application scenarios and functional dimensions of existing intelligent educational management systems.
