Congestion control is one the crucial issue that every network has to take care of directly or indirectly. This may degrade the performance and quality of network in term of data received, overhead, packet transmission, etc., and to maintain all such issues it is important to take care the congestion arises in network and how this congestion can be avoided. This research paper primarily focused on performance of network in term of transport protocol using some IoT sensor with the existing protocol and measure the performance of network considering important parameters that will provide an effective solution for network designer to minimize the risk that arises inside the network and proper assessments. The result we achieve in term of lifetime, energy consumption, overhead, etc., using proposed system that attains a very effective results and this may help to boost the performance of network. IoT here used to gather information received from various sources. Packet delivery ratio of 80%, low latency of 2 s, lifetime increment up to 28%, low overhead of 0.6 achieved for our proposed system that will help the network for reliable transmission and delivery of data.
