Electric Field Calculation and Structure Optimization of Shielding Device Used for the Bushing of Air-Insulated Switchgear
摘要
The uniformity of electric field is of great significance to the partial discharge of switchgear. A suitable electric field optimization makes contributions to the miniaturization of switchgear, which is actively respond to “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality” strategy. Here, The shielding device, which is used in the bushing of circuit breaker, is studied and structure-optimized designed. The electrostatic field module of COMSOL software is used to calculate the overall electric field distribution for the whole circuit breaker, especially for the bushing. Several attempts are conducted to find out a optimal design that can reduce the electric field intensity and decrease the risk of partial discharge, so as to make the shape and parameter of switchgear smaller. This paper aims to realize the miniaturization of gas-insulated switchgear and solve the problems of high-voltage insulation and electric field optimization design for compact switchgear.
