Research on the Factors Influencing the Critical Liquid Carrying Flow Rate of Sulige Gas Field Gas Wells Based on PIPESIM Software
摘要
The Sulige gas field is currently producing a large area of water from gas wells, and the number of low production and low efficiency gas wells is increasing year by year. Wellbore water accumulation is the main controlling factor for the limited production capacity of such gas wells, seriously affecting stable production of the gas field. It is urgent to study the critical liquid carrying flow rate of gas wells, predict the wellbore water accumulation in advance, and intervene in drainage measures. This paper combines typical gas well examples in Sulige, compares the effects of different models on the calculation results of critical liquid carrying flow rate of gas wells, selects the optimal critical liquid carrying model, and builds a wellbore model based on PIPESIM software. By conducting flow temperature and pressure tests and production data to fit multiphase flow in the wellbore, the accuracy of the model calculation is corrected, and the sensitivity of factors such as tubing size, throttle parameters, and water to gas ratio to the critical liquid carrying flow rate is analyzed. A critical liquid carrying flow rate and bottomhole flow pressure chart are established. Widely applicable for predicting the accumulation of liquid in gas wells in the Sulige gas field, achieving simulation of gas well drainage and gas production measures, optimizing gas well production systems, and guiding the implementation of on-site drainage and gas production measures.
