A New Optimization Method of Heavy Oil Steam Stimulation Parameters Based on Trend Surface Analysis
摘要
At present, due to the need to consider the influence of multiple factors in the optimization process of steam stimulation injection and production parameters, orthogonal experimental design is often used to optimize the parameters. However, this method often requires multiple iterations to find the optimal value, and the final optimization result is a certain “optimal” interval, rather than the optimal parameter value. Based on the existing reservoir numerical simulation results, the trend surface analysis can fit the discrete data into a function model of various injection-production parameters to specific target variables such as daily income or produced degree and cumulative oil production, so as to predict the change trend of the objective function under various influencing factors. Combined with the trend change, the optimal parameter combination can be selected. This method can accurately and efficiently realize the optimization of fixed-point parameters under the influence of multiple factors. This method has been applied to the optimization of injection and production parameters of steam stimulation in B reservoir of Kazakhstan, and good results have been achieved, which proves the applicability of trend surface analysis in the field of oil and gas field development.
