Study on the Characteristics of Water Flooding Exploitation and the Development Technology Countermeasures in the Ultra-High Water Cut Period of Heterogeneous Sandstone Oil
摘要
The A Development Zone belongs to a heterogeneous multi-pay sandstone oilfield. After entering the ultra-high water cut development stage, research the characteristics of relative permeability curves, the rules of change in relative liquid production index, and the characteristics of water drive regularity curves were carried out. The results show that during the-high water cut exploitation period, as the water cut rises, the relative liquid production and water drive characteristic curves will change significantly. After the water cut reaches 93%, water drive curve will show an upward trend, and the development effect will become worse. To this end, the A Development Zone has carried out research on the technical boundaries of ultra- water cut development, clarified the reasonable formation pressure, the lower limit of economic flow pressure, and the reasonable ratio of oil to water wells, etc. The development adjustment strategy has clarified. Through the continuous deepening of fine reservoir recognition, the implementation of layer series reorganization in pure oil area, the combined adjustment of well and seismic injection and production system, the dense layering of three and four belts in the transition zone, the innovation and development of well-to-well water injection represented by the structural adjustment technology of interwell injection production, the formation pressure has been restored to the vicinity of the original pressure, and the formation pressure of each layer series and each block has been reasonably adjusted. The potential of reserves been fully tapped, the production has been stopped and rebounded, and the output has increased by 19,600 tons in the “14th Five-Year” period; the natural decline rate has been effectively controlled, and it has been kept below 6% for 12 years; the water cut rise has slowed down significantly, the water cut in 2021 is less than “1”; the water drive situation is improving, and the water drive curve has not shown an upward trend, and development level has been continuously improved.
