This study examines the significant challenges and management issues associated with operating a creative collaboration (co-creation) environment at a branding agency. Several analytical tools, including root cause analysis and objective tree analysis, were employed to identify and address the underlying issues affecting the agency’s project outcomes. Key findings indicate that a lack of standardized processes, inexperience among account executives, and ineffective management of designer talent are key contributors to project delays and client dissatisfaction. The study suggests structured solutions, such as implementing comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), enhancing training programs for project management and account executives, and developing a robust system for recruiting and managing designer talent. The study aims to improve project efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall agency performance. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of aligning proposed solutions with the agency’s financial position and long-term strategic objectives. The integration of focus group discussions and a SWOT analysis ensures that the solutions are practical and tailored to the agency’s specific needs. Ultimately, the study provides a roadmap for the agency to enhance its creative collaboration capabilities and achieve sustainable growth.
