Integrating CSR into Supply Chain Management in Industry 5.0
摘要
While CSR and SCM historically developed independently—addressing, respectively, why and for whom organizations operate versus how operations are executed—the emergence of Green Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, and the Digital and Intelligent Supply Chain (DISC) has highlighted their points of intersection. Despite advances in digital and intelligent supply chains, ethical considerations have often been overlooked. This study investigates the integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into Supply Chain Management (SCM) within the context of Industry 5.0. Employing a qualitative conceptual mapping approach, this study aligns the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with SCOR-DS performance attributes, Stakeholder Theory with process management, ISO 26000 with practices, and Industry 5.0 technologies with the People dimension. The resulting framework demonstrates how CSR-related framework can be systematically embedded into supply chain performance, processes, practices, and people, thereby promoting sustainable, human-centric, and resilient industrial development.
