摘要
The global manufacturing industry is undergoing a wave of intelligent transformation. TCS Precision Technology Company, specializing in R&D and production of micro motors, micro air pumps, and other precision components, faces challenges such as an imperfect assessment mechanism and inconsistent product quality. To address these issues and adapt to multi-variety, small-batch market trends, the company has implemented a lean digital management transformation. By integrating digital technologies across R&D, production, and supply chain management, TCS has established a data-driven operational system. This study employs a case study methodology, incorporating in-depth interviews and internal data analysis, to examine the company’s transformation journey. The findings highlight significant improvements in production efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement, while also identifying key challenges such as ERP implementation pitfalls and knowledge retention issues. The study offers valuable insights for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises undergoing similar digital transformations, emphasizing the synergistic effect of lean principles and digital technologies in achieving manufacturing excellence.
