The Northeast Passage of the Arctic spans a wide range of longitudes. Along the way, due to the influence of sea ice, there are obvious spatio-temporal differences in the navigation conditions of each sea area. To conduct a more precise analysis of the spatio-temporal navigation conditions of the Northeast Passage, According to the Polar Operational Limit Assessment Risk Indexing system proposed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) The System (POLARIS) calculated the Risk Index Outcome (RIO) of the Arctic region during the ten years from 2012 to 2021, extracted the normal operation areas of the Northeast Waterway, and statistically analyzed the navigation cycle of the waterway during the ten years, providing references and suggestions for the navigation and route planning of ships in key straits and sea areas of the waterway.

摘要
