Gesture- and Voice-Controlled Dual-Mode Accessible Water Dispenser Based on a Microcontroller
摘要
Considering the requirements of public health safety and barrier-free services, this study presents a system based on the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller, integrating gesture sensors, pressure sensors, infrared sensing modules, and voice recognition modules, etc. By controlling the motor to raise and lower the water cup platform and opening the water pump to discharge water, a zero-contact drinking service is achieved. The gesture-sensing barrier-free drinking machine not only solves the hygiene problems caused by the dense population in public places, but also helps the disabled, the elderly, and children to meet their drinking needs. This system can be applied in places such as hospitals and parks.
