Research on Multi-agent Game Methods Based on the Cournot Duopoly Strategy Model
摘要
This paper explores the stable equilibrium strategy in the Cournot duopoly game algorithm. Based on decentralized learning with centralized evaluation, it treats the joint decision in a single time step as a Cournot duopoly model and designs a Heterogeneous Variational Autoencoder to model the peer strategies in decentralized execution. This approach breaks the bottleneck of existing centralized evaluation in terms of strategy stability, eliminates the impact of strategy bias caused by decentralized learning, and obtains a more stable and effective joint strategy. Furthermore, it provides a new multi-agent game solution for scenarios where the original dynamic model of aircraft is complex and optimal decision-making is difficult to solve.
