Design and Construction of Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Residential with Double-Wall Sandwich Insulation Shear Wall
摘要
Ultra-low energy buildings have become one of the important development goals in the future. This paper first summarizes the energy consumption control index requirements of Shanghai's ultra-low energy buildings. By taking a residential project that meets Shanghai's ultra-low energy building requirements as an example, the average heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall is reduced to 0.40 W/(m2·K) by improving and applying double-wall sandwich insulation shear wall panels as the main exterior enclosure. This paper designs and summarizes the details of the double-wall sandwich insulation shear wall structure and its thermal insulation performance, fully prefabricated sandwich insulation bay window design, precast component splitting and connection node structure, thermal bridge control, etc., and introduces the main steps of precast component processing and construction. This paper systematically summarizes the conclusions and suggestions on the application of double-wall sandwich insulation shear wall panels in ultra-low energy consumption residences, which provides a basis for the future design, application, and promotion of the system.
