This chapter concentrates on policy review of China’s participation in global governance. Today, with the deepening development of globalization, the international community is facing many common challenges, and it is urgent to build a more just, reasonable and efficient global governance system. As the world’s second largest economy and largest developing country, China has taken an active part in global governance, put forward a series of forward-looking and inclusive initiatives, and demonstrated its firm determination to promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. This chapter systematically combs and comprehensively evaluates China’s policies on global governance from six aspects: global economic governance, security governance, environmental governance, digital governance, reform of global governance institutions, and human rights and social governance.
