This chapter involves problems, countermeasures and experience of China’s participation in global educational governance. In 2022, the report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out: “China actively participates in the reform and development of the global governance system, practices the global governance concept of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, adheres to genuine multilateralism, promotes democracy in international relations, and promotes global governance in a more just and equitable direction.” Global economic recovery is under great pressure, geopolitical tensions are rising, environmental pollution is rising again, protectionism is on the rise, and the process and pace of global governance are constantly delayed, with the governance deficit deepening.
