Product Reliability Evaluation System Based on Python
摘要
This research developed a product reliability evaluation system using Python, which integrates the processing of operational data, acceleration variable data, and parameter degradation data. Combined with Streamlit to build a visual interactive interface, the system integrates three core functions: multi-source data preprocessing, calculations using 17 reliability algorithms, and dynamic chart display. By leveraging Python’s open-source ecosystem, the system addresses the fragmentation of traditional tool algorithms, improves the efficiency of multi-stress coupling verification, reduces the time required for model fitting error judgment, and provides technical support for full-hierarchy reliability assessment from device to board level. This promotes a digital closed-loop in the “design-verification” process.
