As an important part of the crane, its design parameters have an important influence on the overall performance. This paper analyzes the design parameters of crane trolley from both structural and material parameters. The structural parameter sensitivity is analyzed by designing the formula, and the material parameter sensitivity is evaluated by finite element sensitivity analysis. At the same time, the coil was analyzed and the flexion performance was improved based on the optimization method. Studies show that the drum wall thickness significantly affects the deformation and stress distribution, and the elastic modulus is the most sensitive factor in the material parameters. This study provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the crane trolley.
