Values
摘要
Values is a core criterion thread in international, national and local cultural heritage regimes. But for First Peoples’ how this occurs, is read and not read, is heard and not heard, is listened to and not listened to, is wanting. This chapter talks of the patterns of relational engagement with Country, of values with and of Wadawurrung Country. Included is an explanation of the theoretical system of morals, principles and ideas that Powell uses and interprets Country, and an applied case study about Anakie Youang and the assumptions and flaws in the contemporary land use planning and Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 when it comes to First Peoples’ values.
