Navigation System
摘要
For the UAV, the navigation system is the basis of autonomy and the “sense of space.” The primary objective of the aforementioned entity is to methodically and precisely address three fundamental inquiries: Where is the drone located? What is its intended flight path? How will it get there? [1] The absence of resolution to these issues renders the UAV a financially unviable and, in its practical applications, ineffectual device. Navigation entails more than merely determining coordinates; it integrates position, speed, and orientation data, thereby enabling the autopilot to stabilize the vehicle and adhere to a predetermined route while accomplishing its mission, whether it pertains to aerial photography, cargo delivery, or monitoring.
