The intended purpose, size, and aerodynamic layout of an UAV largely determine its flight and tactical characteristics, such as range and flight duration, altitude and speed range, and so on. This is why special attention is paid to the choice of engine when designing an UAV. Absence of this component with the required technical parameters significantly reduces the efficiency of the designed drone and raises questions about the feasibility of creating this unmanned complex.
