Research on Dynamic Parameter Testing Technology for the Motion Process of Projectile in the Bore

During the firing process of high-performance artillery, the comprehensive effects of factors such as the bullet, gun, propellant, and environment, as well as the bottom pressure of the projectile caused by the combustion gas of the firing charge, the pressure of the projectile belt squeezing in, the collision force between the barrel and the projectile centering part, etc., affect the velocity, attitude, and initial disturbance of the projectile exit, thereby affecting the firing accuracy. This article conducts research on the testing techniques for the velocity and attitude of projectile motion in the chamber, as well as the testing techniques for the pressure at the bottom of the projectile, the pressure of the belt, and the collision force of the centering part during the process of projectile motion in the chamber. It analyzes the factors that affect the motion of the projectile in the chamber and the testing technical difficulties, providing technical references for the analysis of projectile motion in the chamber and high-precision parameter testing.
