Experimental Analysis of the Impact of the Technological Integration of Notion and Dola on Operational Performance and Efficiency in Comprehensive Project Management
摘要
This study proposes a technological model that integrates Notion and Dola to optimize project management through centralized planning, automated scheduling, real-time task tracking, and performance evaluation. Following an applied technological research approach, the system was tested with simulated operational data, showing a significant improvement in the percentage of tasks completed on time (+25.4%, from 70.24% to 88.12%, *p* < 0.05) and a substantial reduction in average delivery delays (−51.5%, from 3.05 to 1.48 days, *p* < 0.05). By combining collaborative digital platforms and automated reminders, the solution enables effective coordination, reduces operational bottlenecks, and enhances team productivity. The results highlight the potential of integrating collaborative technologies with process automation to increase operational efficiency, reliability, and timely task completion across various organizational contexts.
