The current problems in the field of natural resource survey and monitoring, such as unclear data base, information silos, duplicate data storage, low efficiency of data sharing applications, and slow application of big data analysis, are difficult to meet the demands of natural resource survey and monitoring business. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper proposes the construction ideas, system architecture, and core capacities of the natural resource survey and monitoring data middle platform. Through practical application, a comprehensive management platform integrating data collection, aggregation, storage, governance, management, analysis, application, and service has been constructed, providing basic support for the digital, informational, and intelligent transformation of data-driven natural resource survey and monitoring.
