In this paper, the temperature field of 1208 stator permanent magnet type bearingless slice motor is investigated. Based on the finite element modeling of the stator persistent magnet type bearingless slice motor, the relevant losses were obtained. According to the temperature field analysis indicators, the thermal performance of the motor was modeled and designed, and the thermal performance results of the motor under steady-state heat and transient heat conditions were obtained. By establishing the temperature field simulation flow and analyzing the thermal performance results of the 1208 stator permanent magnet bearingless slice motor, the conclusions drawn can play an effective role in guiding the design and heat dissipation of the related motor body, which has a certain engineering application prospect.
