Positioning Control of Water Landing Point for Fire-Fighting Water Cannon Based on Fuzzy Algorithm

The widespread use of large buildings has greatly promoted the development of fire-fighting water cannon, especially the positioning control of water landing point is an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the positioning error model of fire water cannon is established by analyzing the water jet trajectory and its dynamic equation. Then, an intelligent positioning algorithm of water landing point based on fuzzy theory is designed. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, simulation studies under the MATLAB/Simulink are performed with initial conditions. Finally, simulation results show that the fire-fighting water cannon can control the position of water landing point accurately, and make it coincide with the position of flame burning point, proving its effectiveness and feasibility.
