Research and Optimization of Dynamic Performance of Grinding Wheel Trimmer
摘要
SolidWorks is used to create a three-dimensional model of the grinding wheel dresser, and then the completed 3D model is imported into ANSYS Workbench software. Utilizing ANSYS Workbench, structural stiffness and modal analysis of the dresser are conducted. A series of analyses are performed, including defining boundary conditions, specifying material physical properties, setting constraint loads, meshing, and solving. The resulting stress, strain, and modal vibration patterns are analyzed to identify the weak areas of the dresser. Structural optimization is then applied to regions with insufficient stiffness. By comparing the deformation and stress before and after the structural optimization, the rationality of the optimization is demonstrated, ensuring the performance of the dresser and enhancing its stiffness.
