To achieve predictive maintenance for port hydraulic equipment, a multi-source data online detection system for port hydraulic equipment was designed, which can detect and analyze multiple state parameters in the system. Taking the hydraulic system of the port car dumper’s hydraulic system as an example, based on the analysis of its working principle and fault problems, online detection and health prediction were carried out, and targeted maintenance and repair plans were proposed. The health status assessment and prediction results provide a basis for system fault diagnosis and maintenance, and have important reference and application value.
