To address the shortcomings of traditional labeling machines in terms of labeling accuracy, efficiency, and stability, this paper proposes a novel fully automatic flat labeling machine. The equipment achieves an improvement in labeling accuracy from the traditional ±1.0 mm to ±0.5 mm, and the good product rate increased from 60% to 98%, while meeting the demand for high-speed labeling (up to 115 packs per minute), through innovative designs that include the introduction of a high-precision vision identification system and optimized cigarette box and label conveying systems. Additionally, to tackle issues related to unstable label transmission, a constant tension control and buffer zone have been designed, significantly enhancing the reliability and lifespan of the equipment. Experimental validation indicates that this device demonstrates superior labeling performance and strong industry applicability in practical applications.
