Bridge Parameters and Performance of Internal Recirculation Ball Screw

The performance of the reverser affects the overall performance of the ball screw pair, and the high-performance reverser is the key to the design of the ball screw pair. When using the UG bridging curve method to design the internal reverser, it is necessary to accurately determine the influence of parameters G1, G2, and G3 on the performance of the inverter. By using ADAMS to three groups of different parameters (G1, G2, and G3) reverser performance simulation analysis, the ball is gotten through the impact of the reverser and nut running speed, and the impact of the ball is assessed through the reverser and nut running speed, to determine the best G3 reverser performance parameters. The research results provide an important guiding basis for engineering design.
