Test Method for Operating Stability of Electronic Devices Based on Industrial Internet
摘要
Industrial Internet connects the industrial control system online to form a complex end-to-end architectures, which leads to the decline of the operating stability of electronic devices. In this regard, a method based on the industrial Internet to detect the operating stability of electronic devices is proposed. The industrial Internet is used to collect the operating data of electronic devices, and the operating characteristics of electronic devices are extracted from the time and frequency domains. By measuring the degree of matching between current operating characteristics and standard features, the operating status of electronic devices is determined, stability metrics are calculated, and the results are output in visual form to achieve stability detection of electronic device operation. The experimental results show that the detection errors of the optimized design method have been reduced by 0.18db and 0.1, respectively, while the stability false alarm rates has been significantly reduced.
