NC machine tools are repairable systems with random failures. Therefore, a reliability testing and analysis method for NC machine tools based on industrial Internet is proposed. Firstly, the reliability test platform of CNC machine tools based on industrial Internet is constructed to obtain the reliability test evaluation indicators. Then, the ANP method is used to determine the reliability analysis factors of the CNC machine tool. Finally, based on these analysis factors, a fault process model for CNC machine tools was constructed, and reliability testing of CNC machine tools was achieved. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately match the actual values of X, Y, Z axis and spindle drive current and speed, and is practical.
