The paper first delivers a reality check and lessons about current choices, perceived ones and not yet envisioned but very efficient and practical ones, in deciding for the financing method and financing origins with regard to personalized cancer drug therapies. People’s health is invaluable. Personalized cancer drug therapies are getting relatively super cheap only if they are financed and owned by the state entirely. Market approaches will exclude most of those people who need personalized cancer drug therapies and then most of them will die (unnecessarily prematurely). There is a choice between (1) deaths of millions versus (2) market profits and misplaced/mis-perceived market beliefs.
