To solve the problems existing in the traditional assembly mode of aerospace discrete manufacturing workshop, while combining with the existing informationization of the enterprise system and post planning, this paper establishment of functional modules for MES system, and based on the particularity of the power system production business, functional improvement and process optimization have been carried out, resulting in three typical construction highlights including simplified process of adjusting component replacement, report function and decision support, online writing of two books. This paper also summarizes the application effect of the system. Taking the online and offline synchronous operation data of a power device with a certain model as an example, it proves that the system meets the application requirements of actual business. The construction and application process of the system reflects a deep integration with the business, realizes comprehensive information and digital management of the production process, and forms an enterprise information management platform through integration with other systems. It helps to improve management efficiency and decision-making quality, and can also promote the digital transformation of future new factory areas innovation-driven development.
