Design and Implementation of Hybrid Transformer Based on Secondary Side Series Topology
摘要
This paper presents the research on the implementation of the hybrid distribution transformer (HDT)device based on the secondary side series topology. With the increasing integration of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power, line voltage instability has become a significant issue. Traditional on-load tap changers (OLTC)have limitations in terms of speed and stepwise voltage regulation. To address these issues, this study explores the secondary side series topology of the HDT device. The proposed device integrates a power circuit with a power electronic converter to achieve smooth and continuous voltage regulation. The converter circuit, with its carefully designed parameters, ensures stable operation under various conditions. The device is tested under various conditions, including no-load voltage regulation, load voltage regulation, and voltage regulation during load and grid-side voltage changes. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the HDT device in achieving continuous voltage regulation, providing a reliable solution for voltage regulation in medium-voltage distribution systems.
