Application of Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Analytical Technology in Lubricating Oil Hydroisomerization Unit
摘要
Advanced process control systems (APC) and real-time optimization technologies (RTO) are important supports for smart refineries, which can bring greater benefits to enterprise production [1, 2]. By tracking and monitoring feedstocks and final products in the lubricating oil hydroisomerization unit online, relevant information can be quickly obtained, which can guide the adjustment of process parameters in a timely manner, better control the quality of base oil, increase product yield, and save analysis costs. At present, domestic enterprises analyze important properties such as viscosity and pour point of feedstocks and final products in the production process of base oil through offline testing methods [3–5]. This traditional analysis method is time-consuming and inefficient and cannot meet the demand for sustained, stable, and efficient production of high-quality base oil, nor does it meet the need for smart refineries to quickly obtain data. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce new real-time analysis technologies [6–8].
