Measuring Impact and Performance: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Metrics; Impact Assessment and Reporting
摘要
The current study aimed to examine the impact of environmental, social, and governance factors on organizational performance. The researcher used a quantitative approach to conduct this study by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of the study. The study population included administrators working in companies that use ESG standards in Jordan. A convenient sample of 300 administrators was chosen to distribute the study questionnaire to them. A total of 277 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. Spss program was used to analyze the data by using descriptive statistics and Multiple Regression. The study confirmed the overall impact of combined ESG factors on organizational performance. The study provides investors with key insights on investing in responsible companies. This is because the findings indicate a connection between ESG performance and long-term financial benefits. It shows that businesses in Jordan need a strong plan for how to use ESG practices in their daily work.
