The objective of this study is to offer a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the influence that the leadership abilities of entrepreneurs have on the expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises. The preliminary data is acquired using a questionnaire completed by employees of Palestinian SMEs. The sample size is 172 respondents. The study’s findings reveal a significant relationship between entrepreneurs’ leadership qualities (including technical skills, self-skills, human skills, management skills, and intellectual skills) and the growth of SMEs.
