In this chapter, we study the notion of expansive measures for flows. In Sect. 7.1, we introduce the notion of expansive measures for flows, and prove some basic properties of expansive measures. In Sect. 7.2, we show that there is no measure expansive flow on a closed surface. Moreover, we give a characterization of measure expansive flows by using the notion of countable expansiveness.

In this chapter, we study the notion of expansive measures for flows. In Sect. 7.1, we introduce the notion of expansive measures for flows, and prove some basic properties of expansive measures. In Sect. 7.2, we show that there is no measure expansive flow on a closed surface. Moreover, we give a characterization of measure expansive flows by using the notion of countable expansiveness.
