Annular band pressure has become an important factor affecting the safe production of gas storage injection and production Wells. If it is out of control, it will seriously threaten the safe operation of gas storage. Based on the research on the evaluation method of annulus belt pressure in injection-production Wells, this paper proposes an intelligent treatment scheme for annulus belt pressure. The hardware equipment is divided into five modules: gas-liquid separation and filtration, flow monitoring, gas component monitoring, liquid phase monitoring and liquid level height monitoring, and the modules are combined into four diagnostic treatment schemes: temperature and pressure flow parameters, gas phase parameters, liquid phase parameters and comprehensive parameters. Different solutions can solve different problems to achieve the effect of diagnosis and management. In terms of software, the annular belt pressure diagnosis and management system is developed based on LabVIEW and MATLAB software platforms, and the system is divided into four sections: gas monitoring, liquid level monitoring, data reading and storage, and diagnosis and analysis. The system can monitor the real-time information of the annulus, and use the collected data to make a preliminary diagnosis and output the result of the annulus band pressure, the sensitivity analysis of the leakage point parameters is carried out,which can realize the calculation, diagnosis and treatment of leakage degree parameters such as leak depth, leak area and leak aperture.
