This study investigates the utilization of deep learning methodologies within the domain of image recognition, with a specific emphasis on the architecture and efficacy of a new detection model, DPNet. DPNet integrates convolutional neural networks and feature pyramid networks, exhibiting superior performance in multi-object classification scenarios. Furthermore, critical challenges and prospective future directions are addressed.
